Built around the Giant Melaleuca trees of the Palm Cove foreshore is this wonderful little Bar & Restaurant. Cooled by the delicious sea breeze this place is ideal for the long lunch or dining out in the warm tropical evenings of this part of the world.

One thing Cairns doesn't lack is places to eat. From Cordon Bleu to a 'Pie & chips', every taste and budget is catered for. An extensive variety of 'ethnic' flavours is there for the adventurous or the home-sick to indulge.

Whether using tongs to turn the snags on the Council provided, free Barbeques on the waterfront or sipping cocktails and nibbling prawns at the Salthouse on the point; it's terrific under a tropical moon on a warm tropical evening with the tidal sounds as background music.
